…  in which we begin phase II.  Not too shabby!

(2, to, too, tutu..  how many words sound like II? )

Okay, let’s get busy.

(November, 2012) It’s time to move on, and we’re revamping the pages to remove most of Ani’s recipes, as we encourage you to purchase the original for your personal library — it’s a keeper! We’ve left the ratings to give you an idea of how others liked them, as well as some comments that we made about our personal substitutions or other tweaks. Check out Day 1 of Phase 3 for a sample day with recipes. To find all these recipes and the entire 15-day plan, please look up Ani’s 15-Day Fat Blast: The Kick-Ass Plan to Get Lighter, Tighter, and Sexier . . . Super Fast, published May 1, 2012, by Da Capo Press.

BREAKFAST:  Ginger Mango Shake

We loved this soup!  How did you like it?

Soup, ½ avocado, or a small handful of nuts (optional)

KNOWLEDGE FROM ANI:: “Sprouts are like baby power plants that are high in protein and oxygen, and they are alkalinizing, rather than acidifying to our body, which is something we want.  I like to add sprouts to my wraps, salads, and soups for texture, flavor, and of course, nutrients.”

Each recipe in Ani’s book is accompanied by an explanation about the nutritional and weight-loss value of the ingredients.  That is why we constantly advocate buying the book.
