It is a great reference to have on hand, but mostly because there’s about 50 times more information in the book than we will detail. By the way, we plan to begin the 15 days this week. Most of us don’t realize how overworked our livers really are. Ani’s Fat Blast plan will emphasize the foods that help the liver function optimally. These include high fiber, organic fruits and veggies, sulfur-rich foods, cruciferous veggies, and certain spices.
