Our pre-ordered e-edition of Ani Phyo’s Ani’s 15-Day Fat Blast: The Kick-Ass Plan to Get Lighter, Tighter, and Sexier . . . Super Fast (ISBN-13: 978-0738215228) arrived in our Amazon Cloud Reader as scheduled; we’ve registered on NaBloPoMo’s blogroll for the month of May (it’s been a few months), and we intend to review Ani’s book over the next 30 days.
The book is in three parts: Preparing for Takeoff, Fat Blast: The 15-Day Countdown, and The Rest of the Story. The plan for this detailed blogged review is to spend 8-10 days in preparation (and it is the longest part of the book), 15 days on the actual plan, and some 5-7 days on observations and summations.
