GRATE THE CARROTS ON A CHEESE GRATER,
SHAVE THE CABBAGE WITH KNIFE
CUT ONION INTO JULIANE [best sp!]
TAKE THEM AND PUT THEM IN A POT OF (already) BOILING WATER FOR 3 MINS. DO NOT OVERCOOK! DRAIN AND PUT IN A BIG JAR! (or bucket like you see in video)
THEN ADD EQUAL AMOUNTS OF VINEGAR AND WATER AND COVER.
ADD SALT, OREGANO TO TASTE.
