Wow! How did summer fly by?
So here we are, September 1st, traditionally the first day of school — but we’ll get to that later.
Great time to set intentions and plan the weeks ahead — we’re back on NaBloPoMo for September, and this time we’ll stick to it.
We’ll get to reply to the comments that accumulated in the past two months, we have a folder full of at least 30 blog post ideas, and we’re in fact excited to be back.
Tomorrow we’ll get back to our agenda of healthy eating, healthy living, and getting that weight off –
I, the writer of these lines, am very proud to say that the 14 lbs I lost before the hiatus, on Ani’s plan, remain off, despite a summer spent housebound with a fractured foot. This is probably the highest recommendations I can give Ani’s plan — the pounds lost stayed lost, and I’m thrilled. This is not the end of the journey for me — or the Marys — or, possibly, You! There’s more weight to be lost, more yoga to be tried, and Power Plates — we’ll have lots to share and we hope you will, too.
So welcome to the new year, in the best school ever — the school of life.
