To celebrate, you get to choose all of your favorite recipes to enjoy today. Beyond being a reward for all your dedication and hard work, this is designed to empower you to start thinking of ways you may like to incorporate the recipes you’ve learned here into the future and throughout the coming days, months, and years… Take time to notice how you feel right now. Read over your journal entries from the past two weeks and review your progress. Note all your challenges, along with all your positive changes.”

If you have the book, you know that alongside the informational treasure trove the book is, following every day are questions to ponder in your journal. Keeping a journal turned out to be more useful than it would seem at first glance. Use your own journal or, like us, use the paperback to make notes.
We plan to take a few days off (still eating only plant-based foods), probably more like a week, and then get back on another two-week course. When we send Ani our stats and pictures, we’ll post a few here.

Loved this review. I am currently on day 5 of a 30 day challenge with my sister in law to eat raw. I will now definately incorporate this book and Ani’s plan for a portion of the challenge. Gonna get the book tomorrow. Thanks for the motivation!

How much weight did you loose?
Nice. I’m following the blog and I’m on day 3, so far i have replaced some ingredients but trying to stick to it as much as I can. Have you gain the weight back once you started eating whole foods again? Thanks for sharing the experience
